About

First contact wins

Fresh Filings watches the Colorado business registry and turns new filings into a weekly prospecting list for the businesses that sell to new businesses.

How it works

1

We pull

Every Monday morning we pull the last seven days of filings from the Colorado Secretary of State open-data portal, the same registry the state itself publishes.

2

We curate

We dedupe against every filing we have ever sent, drop dissolved entities, and split the new ones into metro feeds: Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Northern Colorado, or all of Colorado.

3

You get first contact

Your metro drop lands in your inbox Monday morning with business names, filing dates, principal addresses, and registered-agent contacts, plus a spreadsheet export for your CRM.

Where the data comes from

Every filing comes from the Colorado Secretary of State public open-data portal. It is public domain. We never invent data: the state does not publish phone numbers or email addresses, so we do not sell them. Principal addresses can be a storefront, a home office, or a registered-agent address, and we label them honestly as filed.

Who it is for

Banks and credit unions hunting new business accounts. Insurance agents quoting commercial policies in week one. Accountants and bookkeepers signing clients at formation. Payroll providers and marketing agencies meeting new brands the week they are born. If your best customer is a new business, this is your unfair advantage.

One metro at a time

Each metro is its own subscription with its own private feed, so a Denver subscriber never sees Colorado Springs data. Add metros as you grow, or take all of Colorado in one plan.

See this week's numbers

Denver Metro alone had 1,891 new filings last week.
